Brief Introduction to Power 2: Awakening the power of the Soul.

“There is a spectacle greater than the sea, and it is the sky; there is a spectacle greater than the sky, and it is the inner soul.” – Victor Hugo

Not Bad Victor. I love my soul too.

This second part of the introduction speaks about us, our souls, and how to awaken their power.

This topic also leaves conventional scientists breathless, convinced that there is nothing beyond our mind…
The reality is quite different. We are much more than a body with thoughts and emotions. We are beyond these substances. We are who we truly are. Om mani padme Hum, as the Buddhists say.

We will talk about the soul through the three main paths to stimulate its growth and the connection between us and it.

We all know that necessity breeds virtue. Life’s challenges don’t always make you better, but when they do, three main things happen.

Life makes you fall in love. It opens the doors to our spiritual heart and brings out our courage.
Life can make you strong when it challenges your willpower, endurance, when you need to draw out more power, focus, and consistency.
Life can enlighten you when it opens the doors to a deeper and more detailed understanding of the dynamics of the world. When it challenges your creativity and your ability to find solutions.

Life leads you to reunite with yourself.

In the world, personalities are able to connect with and stimulate their souls in the same way, through three distinct methods.
Through devotion, prayer, and feelings of love toward the soul, we open the path to the spiritual heart.
Through intelligence and intuition, the scientist can go beyond the mind and understand the thoughts of their soul, reaching this contact through reasoning.
Finally, the rarest path is through willpower. Few warriors take on this path. By challenging the body through training and enduring adversity, the personality can stimulate the most distant layer of the soul—its willpower, the ATMA. Activating the ATMA grants the personality a superior vital body, indestructible health and the will to overcome the most unimaginable difficulties.

You will have understood that the soul is triune. The personality has a physical, vital, emotional, and concrete mental body. Beyond the concrete mental substance of the personality lies the soul’s mind, philosophical, made of principles and values. This borders the soul’s heart and its wisdom, which in turn leads to its most distant layer—the soul’s will, known as ATMA.

The initiate’s relationship with their soul, their truest and deepest part, is constant. Their actions, words, and thoughts must reflect the beauty of their soul. The initiate is in service to love. Loyal like no one else in the world.
They honor their soul with every word, decision, and gesture.

Love is the foundation of the science of developing power. No one is strong without love. I will explain it to you clearly later.

In essence, life and your spiritual commitment can lead you to reconnect with the truest part of yourself. Yoga means exactly this: union.

In today’s world, yoga has become a business, and navigating through the various types of yoga is not easy.

The purpose of yoga and meditation is to allow the human energy system to transcend itself—physically, vitally, emotionally, and mentally. When the chakras evolve, then the person is truly evolving, with no illusions.

Life helps us do “yoga,” to awaken our power and reconnect with ourselves in many different ways, as I explained earlier. However, meditation and true yoga truly accelerates people on all levels, and in my humble opinion, everyone should know their potential, their various possibilities, and practice it daily—for their health, their well-being, and their spiritual growth.

Another common and powerful purpose of (Zen) meditation is to bring the personality into the present moment, to train and develop a strong attraction to the here and now, and to cultivate a strong vitality as a foundation for a long and vibrant life.
This meditation is often called “navel recharge” because the person recharges (and trains) exactly like a cell phone when it’s plugged into a power source.

Yoga and meditation are two unique and magnificent tools.

Love your soul and train your system with yoga and meditation every day.
