In my old article ‘Hidden Danger of Meditation and Yoga,’ which was inspired by Master Del Pe, i shed light on how many traditional poses, such as the Lotus Position (Padmasana), can facilitate an out-of-body experience and foster the expansion of consciousness, but at the expense of grounding.
This is particularly true if practiced with eyes closed and using the Gyan mudra.
Grounding is a fundamental aspect of our energetic system, and weakening it is quite unwise.
We noted that certain types of yoga can tilt the energetic system towards mysticism, giving only an illusion of well-being but in reality, they make you weak.
In Italy, as in many other countries, many young people struggle to move from thought to action because they have problems with grounding. They live in the air. They are more drawn to their mind than to the present moment.
I’m not sure if I’ve made myself clear. Many of them are creative, good-hearted, but they lack power and, in particular, I repeat, grounding, one of the 3 fundamental aspects of power.
In the article, I concluded that unless you want to live on berries, certain types of yoga are not a good idea.
Lo yoga nel mio paese è sempre più diffuso. Le persone sono molto contente di dire che lo praticano, ma lo fanno davvero?
In this article, I want to explain exactly how to evaluate a yoga practice and more. Next, I will help you gain a clear and deep understanding of yoga and its mechanisms.
The Question:
How can the effectiveness of a yoga or meditation practice, or any “spiritual” or empowerment path, be accurately measured?
The answer is simple.
It can be measured through the assessment of energy centers (The chakras) and auras.
The study of chakras, the energy centers of the human body, is known as spiritual anatomy or energy anatomy — probably the most valuable and powerful knowledge you can acquire in this life.
Chakras? That’s unscientific stuff, Muggle scientists would think! Hippie nonsense!
How wrong they are.
You can’t talk about empowerment without talking about the soul, and you can’t truly talk about the soul without addressing the human energy system. Nothing can take you as far as knowing and mastering your spiritual anatomy.
How do our chakras communicate to us whether the practice we are performing has spiritual value?
If after a year at the gym your energy centers and auras are the same as when you started, it means that the chakras and the bodies (etheric, astral, and mental) have not been trained, which is a great pity. It means you have not surpassed yourself. This applies to any kind of journey. If you undergo ten years of psychoanalysis and at the end, your energy system is unchanged, it means you have not transcended yourself. You may convince yourself that it was useful (illusion), but in “spiritual matters,” you could find yourself back at square one.
A serious spiritual practitioner is interested in their chakras; they want to develop them, communicate with them, and make them compact and healthy. The main purpose of their training is esoteric. They train primarily to strengthen their chakras, knowing how much these make a significant difference in their health and all areas of their life. (Read it twice)
The energetic body never lies. Hold it firmly in your mind. Engrave it.
Yoga is wonderful, but it’s important to know what you’re doing and use a rigorous and scientific approach that measures your energy concretely to avoid fanaticism and unnecessary illusions, and to truly surpass yourself.
When I refer to a rigorous and scientific approach to evaluating yoga, once again, I am not referring to classical scientific methods, which I love and respect with all my heart. I am a psychologist with a master’s degree in educational neuroscience and psychoneuroimmunology. I love physiology and medicine, but here I am talking about something else muggles.
There are classical scientists and esoteric scientists.
Here, it’s about measuring the effects of spiritual practices to understand which are the most advanced, and in this regard, classical science with their current possibilities can do good but little. Spiritual anatomy perfectly clarifies and explains these topics.
The true investigation of esoteric tools such as meditation, yoga, and many others requires the esoteric measurement of the chakras; it requires esoteric scientists. I hope I’ve made the idea clear.
These concepts are very important to remain disillusioned.
Training the chakras is a natural choice for the initiate. They know very well how much having strong and healthy chakras makes an incredible difference in their life.
Incredible difference?
Allow me to give you just a few examples before moving on to the second part.
Training the chakras will immediately grant you the power of vitality, a precious gift for the health of your organs and your entire body. Training the navel’s energy center leads to timing, agility, sharpens instinct and decision-making, and makes you long-lived and lively.
Training the navel with meditation also anchors you in the present moment, reducing the volume of unnecessary thoughts and emotions, bringing you tranquility and lightness.
Training the Ajna chakras brings a higher will to overcome any of life’s challenges swiftly and efficiently, letting you move past the past and achieve your goals quickly.
Training the base energy (Muladhara) and grounding makes you stronger physically, more secure, and action-oriented.
Training the chakras increases the joy of life and the ability to attract positive events into your life, enhances charm, and makes you creative.
All of a person’s physical, emotional, and mental problems can be redefined as issues within the energy system.
This perspective opens up quick and profound solutions. Moreover, taking care of your energy system is the best form of prevention that exists. Being able to manage your chakras helps your immune system stay very strong.
Training the chakras transforms the inner fighter into the warrior of peace that we all should be.
In the long run, it makes you intuitive and aligned with yourself.
I hope I got the idea across.
Those who want to be strong must take an interest in the chakras and their spiritual anatomy. It can take them very, very far.
Your spiritual anatomy is the secret to truly and consistently surpassing yourself.
